We were upgraded to a nice suite. The room and it's appointments were very well done. Tanya, our server at breakfast was excellent.
The staff at the font desk were difficult twice during our stay. During our check in, they kept answering incoming calls and helping the caller. She also interrupted to assist a group of other guests while we waited.

I loved the canopy bed and fireplace in the room.
The wireless internet didn't work, except in the lobby area. I had to spend quite a bit of time in the lobby in order to get my online work completed.
